Want to Help?
The steering committee would
like your assistance in helping to put on this event. It will take a lot of
people to provide the best possible program for the youth. Here are three
opportunities to help:
|
-
Program Ideas
|
Do you have
an interesting program idea you’d like the committee to consider as part of the
program? Email your ideas to
John Willemain, Chair, and they will be passed on
to the appropriate person on the committee. |
-
Help With the Planning
|
Are you
interested in helping with the planning of the activities? Contact
John Willemain, Chair, with the area with which you would like to help and your
name will be forwarded to the appropriate person on the committee. See the list
below for the areas where you can help. |
-
Help During the Event
|
Are you
interested in helping out during the event? We need a lot of people to run
competitive events, work in the concession stand, help with ceremonies, etc.
See the list below for the areas where you can help. Contact
John Willemain, Chair, with your preference for an area and your name will
be forwarded to the appropriate person on the committee. |
